I have spent 30 years in the legal industry, most recently as the Chief Talent Officer with one of Canada’s largest law firms. I articled and practiced at a major law firm for nine years and ran my own boutique practice for the next ten. When I was ready for change I worked with a coach, which led me to train and practice as one myself. My coaching career brought me back to a major law firm and over the course of ten years I advanced to become the Chief Talent Officer, responsible for over 2000 employees. I worked with the national leadership team and led a team of 50+ dedicated human resources and professional resources members. This provided me with a deep understanding and appreciation of how law firms and management teams function and how potential can be maximized.

I am a fan of a whole life perspective in my life and my advisory practice - combining mental and physical health with emotional and spiritual well-being. I continue to educate and challenge myself in these important aspects of living a good life.
I strive to broaden my knowledge of the latest and greatest in coaching practices to bring to my clients. I have had many exceptional advisors and mentors who supported me throughout my professional career and I bring the best of those experiences to my own coaching and advisory services.
Always working on life/work integration
Maintaining my career while raising a family has provided me with an appreciation for the challenges so many of us face in juggling our responsibilities. I am the proud mom of two amazing young men and two senior pups. Like others in the profession, I am constantly shifting gears to keep up with family, work, and life.
